Anjali Talcherkar, M.A. is a writer, recovery coach, and an avid yogini. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Addiction Studies from Antioch University Los Angeles and is a Ph.D. candidate in Mind-Body Medicine/Integrative Mental Health at Saybrook University. She is a 200 RYT instructor and leads yoga and meditation workshops at Core Power Yoga and the Los Angeles Art of Living Center.
